PURPOSE:To exactly execute a test, and also to simplify its handling, by compressing an ''O'' ring in the pipe axial direction, deforming it, and sealing the pipe inside surface and the outside surface of an internal pressure test ring body. CONSTITUTION:At first, by ring supporting arms 13-13'' of a frame system attachable and detachable truck, and internal pressure test ring is supported by adjusting a position by a bolt 14 so that the pipe inside surface and the ring hold an almost equal interval, the truck is moved in the pipe to a position where the truck is tested, the ring is positioned centering around the joint, and is solidified by bolts 11, 11'. Subsequently, an internal pressure test ring body 1 and a holding ring 2 are mutually clamped by clamping a bolt 6, and by a projecting part 4 and a projecting part 5, an ''O'' ring 8 installed between them is compressed and deformed, and a space between the outside surface of the internal pressure test ring body and the pipe inside surface is sealed completely. Subsequently, a fluid is pressed in from a fluid feed port by opening an air vent nozzle 9, and the nozzle is closed after confirming that the fluid flows out from the nozzle 9, by which a pressure test is executed. |
