PURPOSE:To perform continuous multi-color printing on the flat section and grooved section of a vessel by performing figure transfer on the grooved transfer face from a grooved section stamping roll and then performing figure transfer on a flat transfer section from a stamping roll after the grooved transfer face is moved back. CONSTITUTION:A transfer drum 1 that is fixed on a rotating shaft 2 is rotated counterclockwise, and when the grooved transfer face 4 comes to the position of a grooved section stamping roll 11, the face 4 is projected to make a first figure transferred by the roll 11, and when the transfer face 4 comes to the position of a flat face stamping roll 12, the transfer face 4 is made to retreat against a spring 16 by means of a cam 7, and a second color figure is transferred to the flat transfer face 3 by the roll 12 and then the transfer face 4 is projected. When the transfer faces 3 and 4 come to the position of a vessel A that is supported rotatably, the transferred figure of the first and second colors that is transferred on the transfer faces 3 and 4 is transferred to the flat section (b) and grooved section (c) of the vessel A, removing residual ink by cleaning rollers 13 and 14. |
