PURPOSE:To simplify a treatment after the mixing of a neutralizing agent, and to improve neutralization efficiency by compensating the total unneutralized amount of a stock solution in a transient state during succeeding overnuetralizing operation, and controlling a discharged treated solution to a desired neutral value on the whole. CONSTITUTION:Electric pH detection signals 26 and 42 obtained from before and behind a mixer are led to a CPU46 for arithmetic 44, and the output signal of the CPU46 is sent ot a neutralization detector 48 and a neutralized amount detector 52, and also supplied to a controller 28. Then, the detector 48 detects the time differential value of the supplied pulses reaching zero, namely, the opening extent of a value reaching a specified value to recognize the set time of the neutralized amount of a stock solution, and its output is stored in a neutral value memory 50 and also fed back to the CPU46. The detector 52, on the other hand, integrates the neutralization signal of the CPU46 and also finds and stores the total unneutralized amount of the solution in an unneutralized amount memory 54. |
