PURPOSE:To obtain uniformly blended rice, by storing rice grains of plural kinds in amounts corresponding to a blending ratio in tanks, discharging them using valves having adjusted discharge amounts corresponding to the blending ratio within the same time, followed by blending them. CONSTITUTION:Polished rice is stored in the storage tanks 1-8 for polished rice for every kind of rice, and rice in amounts corresponding to a blending ratio is stored in the tanks 13-16 for every kind of the rice through the conveyor 9, lift 10, and the meter 12. The signal of the weight of the metered rice is sent to the control device 25 the speed regulators 18-21 of the individual discharge valves 22A-D are adjusted corresponding to the weight ratio for blending rice, and rice grains in the tanks are discharged to the bottom tank 23 within the same time, and blended. |
