<p>PURPOSE:To subject the work having plural parts to be melt sprayed to melt spraying with high production efficiency by fixing, cooling, melt spraying, cooling and removing the work while rotating the same on a rotary disc. CONSTITUTION:The work having plural parts to be melt-sprayed with metal is set to the attaching and detaching parts 5 of a rotary disc 1 provided with plural work attaching and detaching devices 5 in the 1st stationI. The disc 1 is rotated and when the disc comes to the 2nd station II, air is blown to the work by an air blowing device to set the work at ordinary temp. In the 3rd station III, a part of the parts to be melt-sprayed of the work is melt-sprayed with metal, then the work is rotated to the 4th station IV where the work is cooled down to ordinary temp. with an air blowing device. The work is rotated and moved to the 5th station V where metal is melt-spryaed to the another parts; thereafter in the 6th station VI, the work is cooled by air blowing down to ordinary temp. and the work is removed from the device 5. Such operations are performed with plural pieces of the work set in the plural devices 5 whereby the melt spraying of high production efficiency is performed.</p> |
