PURPOSE:To release a molded item while preventing the forced mark from remaining on the surface of a molded item and any cracks from occurring, by lowering a sliding piece to push down the molded item through a resilient releasing material layer to release the molded item. CONSTITUTION:A raw material 5 is placed on a bottom force (B), and with the lower end of a movable frame 4 projected below the rear surface of atop force (A) the top force (A) is lowered to bring the lower end of the movable frame 4 into contact with the bottom force (B). The top force (A) only is further lowered to press and mold the raw material 5 in order to obtain the molded item 5'. The top force (A) and the movable frame 4 are lifted with the molded item 5' as it is, the bottom force (B) is moved laterally, a receiving iron plate (C) is moved to the position where the bottom force has been, and the movable piece 4 is lifted to cause one of the sides of the molded item 5' to be released. Then the receiving iron plate (C) is lifted, the movable piece 2 is a little lowered to forced down the upper edge of one surface of the molded item 5' so that the molded item 5' is gradually allowed to drop on the receiving iron plate (C). |
