<p>Expansive solidifying material compn. was composed of 15-40 wt. % gypsum, 25-40 wt. % smelting furnace slack, 30-50 wt. % portland cement, aluminium sludge obtained from the resolution of aluminium, alumite sludge, 1-10 wt. % aluminate. Such compn. improved a sanitary drawback and a pollution problem, and kept the good initial solidification and intensity. Thus, a solidifying material was added into a sludge and mixed for 3 min by a propeller mixer. A PVC tube(diam. 5cm) was filled with the mixt. and sealed. Such sample was solidified at 20≰C. The mixing ratio of solidifying material was presented in Table 1.</p> |
