PURPOSE:To perform measurement with good accuracy even in a place giving high electromagnetic noises, by using pressurized electrically conductive rubber for a part of an electrically conductive wire connected to a light emission diode and pressing this rubber with bimetal. CONSTITUTION:Pressurized electrically conductive rubber 18 is pressurized by a bimetal 19 in accordance with the temperature of a space 22 to be measured and accordingly the resistance of the rubber 18 varies and then, an electric current flowing through a light emission diode 16 is varied. A light emission output is transmitted by an optical fiber 5 and is converted into an analogue signal in accordance with said output by a photodetector 10. Further, said signal is converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter 12 and is inputted into a microcomputer 13. Then, the inputted signal is converted into temperature information and is displayed on a display device 15. |
