PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency for driving a belt fastener by providing upper and lower patterns pinching a broken belt so that the positioning of upper and lower plates is stabilized to drive the fastener. CONSTITUTION:A driving stand upper pattern 1 is opened at the hinge 3 section of an upper fitting plate 2, and a driving stand lower pattern 6 attached to a lower pattern fitting plate 7 is inserted below a broken conveyor belt. A lower plate 12 is inserted into the lower plate mounting hole 8 of the lower pattern 6 and is fixed with a magnet 10. Next, the driving stand upper pattern 1 is prostrated on the belt so as to pinch the broken belt section with the upper and lower patterns 1, 6, which are further fixed so that plate holes 4, 8 of the driving upper and lower patterns match with each other. After an upper plate 12 is inserted into an upper plate fixing hole 4 and is fixed, a binding tooth 14 is driven. Accordingly, no continuous work is required to turn over the lengthy conveyor belt. |
