PURPOSE:To obtain a vessel model with small resistance under either a full load or light load using a propeller with a large diameter and to improve the efficiency by coupling the stern section provided with a main engine, propulsion set, and rudder with the rear portion of a hull section provided with a hatch section as capable of elevating or lowering. CONSTITUTION:The stern section 3 provided with a main engine 4, propulsion set 5, rudder 6, steering room 8, and living quarter 7, etc. is coupled with the rear portion of a hull section 1 forming a hatch section as capable of elevating or lowering. Said hull section 1 is coupled with the stern section provided with a power driving section as capable of sliding up and down, thereby even if the draft of the hull section 1 provided with the hatch section is changed in accordance with the load condition, the draft of the stern section 3 provided with the power driving section can be invariably kept constant, therefore an efficient propeller with a large diameter can be used and there is no need to flood the ballast water into the hatch during vayaging under a light load or no load. |
