PURPOSE:To achieve optimum processing for stopping vibration conceivable quickly without delay at any time by dynamically capturing the output condition of vibration wave forms in real time. CONSTITUTION:An exclusive register 10 and an interrupt signal input unit are arranged for a computer 1. An interrupt subroutine number is assigned to a vibration stoppage program preloaded in various forms answering to an output value of applied vibtation inputted into the computer 1. The number is outputted into a register 10 continuously and also fed back into the computer 1. When an interrupt signal 11 for emergency stop or equivalence is given, the interrupt subroutine get serviced in the highest priority corresponding to the number inputted synchronously whereby optimum stoppage of vibration can be done automatically. This eliminates the need for returning the output waveform sharply to zero level thereby preventing damage to a test piece. |
