<p>PURPOSE:To simultaneously perform a plurality of transmissions and receptions, further to eliminate troubles due to wires and to prevent interference of signals by transmitting and receiving via light signals at least part of information transmission between a semiconductor layer formed with a semiconductor circuit and semiconductor circuit of each layer insulated and laminated. CONSTITUTION:Semiconductor layers 11, 12, 13 formed with semiconductor circuits 1, 2, 3 on the surface parts are respectively isolated and laminated via insulating films 4, 5, 6, 7, a light waveguide 100 is installed at least part of the layers, and a photoelectric converters 8, 9, 10 which are formed of light emitting elements and photodetectors are provided at the part faced with the light waveguide 100 of the layers 11, 12, 13. The light reaching range from the respective light emitting elements are limited to the interior of the waveguide installed with the light emitting elements, and the photodetectors receive only the lights fed through the waveguide installed with the photodetectors, thereby eliminating the interference of signals due to the transmission and reception of the light.</p> |
