PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a circuit by adding a control circuit to a fundamental inverter circuit and bringing output to the condition of high impedance without regard to input signals. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 16 is added to an inverter circuit 17. When a control terminal 11 reaches a low level, a transistor Q11 is at OFF, and a transistor Q12 is at ON. In this case, a transistor Q15 is at OFF without regard to the high-low levels of the input signals applied to an input terminal 12, and an output terminal 14 is brought to the condition of high impedance. When the control terminal 11 reaches a high level, the transistor Q11 is at ON, and the transistor Q12 is at OFF. Accordingly, the control circuit 16 is detached from the fundamental inverter circuit 17, and output signals corresponding to the input signals inputted to the input terminal 12 are outputted to the output terminal 14. |
