<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a recording apparatus low in driving voltage, unaffected by high voltage on a magnetic field different from the apparatus using a CRT, small in fluctuation of each light emitting point, and capable of obtaining high image quality at low cost, by combining a fluorescent display tube and a photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:A fluorescent display tube 10 comprises a base 17 and a glass plate 11 arranged apart from the base 17 by a prescribed distance with spacers 18, and in the tube 10, a cathode filament 12 is stretched near in parallel to the plate 11, an insulator 13 attached to the base 17, and 50-200mum square anodes 14 formed on the insulator 13. A phosphor 15 of ZnO doped with Zn is coated on the anodes 14, which are led out of the tube 10 through lead wires individualy one by one. The distance between the filament 12 and the anodes 14 is about 4 mm., drive voltage is 20-200 V, and an image signal pulse is given to the anodes 14.</p> |
