摘要 A surface of a face plate of a 14 in. color picture tube was coated with a compn. contg. propylene alginate glycol ester 0.6, p-N,N-dimethylaminobenzenediazonium-ZnCl2, 3, pluronic L-92 0.003, Diazo Resin A 0.1 wt.% and the remainder H2O to give an uniform thickness of 0.6-1μ, dried, exposed through a shadow mask to UV radiation(15-20W/m2) for 2-3 min, coated with a green phosphor in the exposed area(2.5-3 mg/cm2), exposed twice, and coated with blue and red phosphors, resp., wetted with an aq. soln. contg. PVA 0.2-0.3 wt. %, sprayed with PhMe soln. contg. iso-Bu methacrylate resin 3-3.5 wt.%, dried, and coated with Al film to form a fluorescent screen.
