PURPOSE:To increase a natural frequency of a rotary system and to enable to perform a high-speed operation, by a method wherein a pair of impellers, which are formed in a mirror symmetry and have an equivalent performance, are mounted to a common rotary shaft in a manner that they are positioned facing in opposite directions. CONSTITUTION:A pair of impellers 12 and 13 are secured to opposite ends of a common rotary shaft 11 in a manner that they are positioned facing in opposite directions. The two impellers 12 and 13 are formed in a mirror symmetry and have an equivalent performance. As a result, a thrust force is prevented from being exerted on the rotary shaft 11. Additionally, a distance between a bearing 18 and the impeller 12 or 13 can be shortened, and this facilitates the increase in a natural frequency of a rotary system and enables to perform a high-speed operation in a natural manner. |
