PURPOSE:To enable to operate a vehicle automatically with the fuel of the necessary minimum amount if necessary by a method wherein a control system by means of a computer, capable of being selected properly into an economical running or an output running, is annexed to a normal controlling system. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection pump 1 is controlled normally by operating an accelerator pedal 16 through levers 8, 9. When the vehicle is operated automatically, the fuel injection pump 1 is controlled by the computer 36 through an actuator 23. Here, the computer 36 may be controlled selectively into the economical running, limiting the amount of fuel injection below a given value, or into the output running, allowing the amount of fuel injection to the maximum value. |
