PURPOSE:To prevent percolation due to the overheat of an engine by a method wherein the pump is annexed to a fuel tank. CONSTITUTION:The fuel pump 8 is provided at the fore part of the bottom of an auxiliary tank 7b. The discharging port of the fuel pump 8 is connected to a carburettor through a pipe 9 while the driving shaft 17 of the fuel pump 8 is connected to a cam shaft through a flexible cable 11. Upon starting, the cam shaft is rotated, a driving shaft 17 is rotated through the flexible cable 11 and the fuel pump 8 is operated. |
