A cosmetic is prepd. by adding 10-30 wt. % elvan powder (<=325 mesh), suitable amount of fat, NaOH, NaCl and small amount of perfume. The elvan powder has strong alsorbability to clean a skin and erupted several kinds of minerals such as Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn to increase metabolism. When dil. HCl is added, the soap is used as a bath cleaning agent.
