Polyester yarn which gave fabric of good bulk and worst-type hand, comprised fibers contg. 2:98 ethylene 5-sodiosulfoisophthalate-ethylene terephthalate copolymer(I) of relative viscosity(R.V.) 14.9-15.6 and d. 1.377-1.406 and 10:90 ethylene isophthalate-ethylene terephthalate copolymer(II) of R.V. 48 and d. 1.3830 or 5:95 ethylene adipate-ethylene terephthalate copolymer of R.V. 43.1 and d. 1.3830. Thus, I and II were concentrically spun with I as the sheath to give yarn with breaking elongatin 23 % for each fiber bundle, strength 3,48 g/denier.
