This is about the binding appts. which is able to adjust large or small, strong or weak binding force. On a rectangular case(1) a pressing piece(2) is set up at one side of the case and a lever(6) at the rear side. Beneath the lever a support rod(9) moving by the screw axis(8) which is jointed to a dial(7) is established. On the side of the support rod an indicator projected from the groove on the case is set up & over the lever a spring(12) is set up. A cam(13) is contacted to the lever & a pressing wire(15) is connected to the base of the cam.
