PURPOSE:To form light shielding parts by coating photosensitive resist on the surface of an inverted die provided with the shape of the inverse type of a circular Fresnel lens and exposing and developing the same through a renticular lens then etching the resist to form recesses. CONSTITUTION:A die 1 provided with the shape of inverse type of a circular Fresnel lens is cut according to designed values. Photosensitive resist 2 is coated on the surface provided with the inverse type of the die 1 and is dried. The coated surface of the resist 3 is exposed through a renticular lens 3 and is partially cured. The resist is developed by using a solvent and is thereby dissolved away of the parts where the progression of curing is low. Thereafter the die having the photosensitive resist 2' partially is acted with an etching soln. and is formed with recesses 4. After the formation of the recesses 4, the resist 2' is removed, whereby a die 5 for manufacturing of the transmission type screen is obtained. Thus the recesses coinciding with the parts where the rays after the passage through the lens 3 do not transmit are easily formed. |
