<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the pressure of a fluid automatically and accurately by a method wherein two diaphragms of reduced sectional areas are used in the titled valve. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure of the fluid in a secondary side fluid passage B increases due to an increase in the pressure in a primary side fluid passage A, a diaphragm 6 thrusted downward and a valve body thrust plate 10 presses a valve body 5 due to the lowering of a valve rod 8 so that the pressure of the fluid drops. On the other hand, when the pressure of the fluid in the passage B decreases, the valve rod 8 moves upward to open a valve port 4 so that the pressure of the fluid increases. Further, a bimetal 9 bends in proportion to the variation of heat and controls the opening degree of the valve port 4 by the valve body 5 through the valve rod 8 and the valve body thrust plate 10. The pressure exerted on an auxiliary diaphragm 11 which is linked to the valve rod 8 lifts up the diaphragm 6 to thereby offset the pressure exerted on the diaphragm 6.</p> |
