PURPOSE:To obtain an air conditioner, capable of taking out heat with a proper temperature coping with a thermal load, effective in energy saving and generat ing no unevenness in temperature, by a method wherein a heat accumulating device, generating gas clathrate, is provided with the controlling and regulating mechanisms of the internal pressure thereof. CONSTITUTION:Flon gas generated in a heat accumulating tank 1 becomes flon liquid through a compressor 2 and a condenser 5, is expanded by a expansion valve 9 through adiabatic expansion and enters into the heat accumulating tank 1, thereafter, generates gas clathrate. In this case, the latent heat of flon is accumulated in the heat accumulating tank 1. Subsequently, a pump 7 is started and the gas clathrate is decomposed by an air conditioner 8 to generate heat of decomposition. Flon gas generated by the decomposition enters into the heat accumulating tank 1. This chemical reaction has a constant relation between temperature and pressure and the amount of heat with the optimum temperature which copes with a thermal load can be taken out, therefore, the comfortable air conditioner, effective in energy saving and having no unevenness in temperature, may be obtained. |
