<p>The holder for mounting an inertial seat-belt reel on the squab of a vehicle seat can be adjusted for longitudinal position, height and inclination. It comprises a plate (11) attached to the reel (10) which is pivotally attached to the squab (1) about a transverse axle (12). The plate is held in a predetermined position by two resilient arms (15,16) situated either side of the pivotal axis of the plate. One end of each arm is secured to a flange (19) on the plate whilst the other end is secured to a bracket (18) extending from the seat runner (4).</p> |
