PURPOSE:To enhance the humidity controlling function on the air used for air conditioning by a structure wherein an air layer is provided in a bottomed outer tube, into which an inner tube with through holes over its peripheral surface is inserted, and as well as a water absorbing layer is formed over the inner wall surface of the outer tube or over the outer wall surface of the inner tube. CONSTITUTION:The inner tube 5 with through holes 7 over is peripheral surface is inserted in a composite layer composed of a heat insulating material layer 8 as an outer perpheral surface member and a hygroscopic material layer 9 inside the heat insulating material layer 8. The underground imbedded pipe A consists in insertingly arranging the heat insulating layer 8 inserted by the inner tube 5 as just mentioned above in the bottomed outer tube 1 so as to form an air layer 4 therebetween. By employing said underground imbedded pipe A, the air flowed in from the air layer 4 in rainy season or under moisture-rich atmosphere is dehumidified by touching with the hygroscopic material layer 9 through the holes 7 of the inner tube 5 while ascending in the inner tube 5, resulting in lowering the humidity of the air put to an air conditioning use. |
