PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust properly the flow rate of a fluid by a method wherein the titled valve is opened and closed by two kinds of threads of different leads such that when the flow rate of the fluid is roughly adjusted, the thread of the larger lead is operated while when it is finely adjusted, the thread of the smaller lead is operated. CONSTITUTION:A male thread 6 mating a female thread 7 is provided on a valve rod 18. The threads 6 and 7 have a lead smaller than the lead of a male thread 8 mating a female thread 9 on a vlave part 10. Thus, when a valve 21 is opened by the rotation of a knob 20, the fine adjustment of the flow rate of fluid is made possible by the movement of the valve 21 through the engagement of the thread 6 with the thread 7. Further, when knob 23 is rotated, the valve rod 18 is rotated integrally with the valve part 10 and the valve 21 is opened wide through the engagement of the thread 8 with the thread 9. |
