PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily assemble a device which is to be used at supporting points of a vehicle engine or the like by fabrication of component units into one-piece construction in advance, such as an elastic rubber wall integrated into a supporting plate and an elastic rubber sheet into a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:An elastic rubber wall 3 and an upper supporting plate 4 are fabricated into a one-piece unit in advance by extrusion after the supporting plate 4 is set with elastic rubber material 3 in a metal mold. A diaphragm 8 and an elastic rubber sheet 9 are fabricated also into a one-piece unit in advance by extrusion after the diaphragm 8 is set with rubber material in a metal mold. In this way, it is possible to carry out assembly of the device easier.
