PURPOSE:To simply and unexpensively constitute a titled device by magnetizing a magnetic substance up to a saturated state by a strong current from a current supplying circuit and applying a magnetic field to a fluid pipe by the remaining magnetism after turning off the excited current. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 3 is turned on/off repeatedly, a strong current flows into an exciting coil 7 and a magnetic substance 8 is magnetized up to a saturated state by strong current. If the switch 3 is turned on again, a capacitor 4 is charged again. Although current does not flow into the exciting coil 7 at the time of said charging, a magnetic field is applied to a fluid pipe 9 by the remaining magnetism of the magnetic substance 8. When the switch 3 is turned off, a magnetic field due to the reverse remaining magnetism is applied to the fluid pipe 9. Consequently, the magnetic field is continuously applied to the fluid pipe 9, signal voltage between electrodes 10a, 10b is applied to a sampling circuit consisting of sampling switches 12a, 12b and capacitors 13a, 13b through an amplifier 11 and an output corresponding to the flow rate in the fluid pipe 9 is generated from the output terminal 15 of an differential amplifier 14. |
