PURPOSE:To prevent a housing from moisture even if electrodes are replaced, by replacing the electrodes from the outside and welding the housing so that the housing is kept airtight. CONSTITUTION:Electrode room cylinders 21a, 21b are airtightly welded to the sides of a pipe 20 in which fluid to be measured flows. A housing 24 divided into the upper and lower parts has a window for passing the electrode room cylinders 21a, 21b and a window for passing the pipe 20 and stores an exciting coil 4 arranged on the external periphery of the pipe 20. The upper divided body 24a and the lower divided body 24b of the housing 24 are mutually welded so as to be airtightly united and the windows of each divided body are airtightly welded to the external periphery of the pipe 20 and the collars on the center of the external periphery of the cylinders 21a, 21b. consequently, even if covers 23a, 23b are opened to replace electrodes 25a, 25b, the exciting coil or the like is prevented from moisture. |
