PURPOSE:To prevent the moisture in exhaust gas from condensing to a metallic ladder fixed to a funnel main body in case of down washing and consequently protect the ladder from corrosion and the funnel from stain by a structure wherein the ladder is surrounded with a heat retaining casing. CONSTITUTION:The semicylindrical plastic heat retaining casing 6 is fixed to respective fitting frames 4 and 5 in such a form as to surround the ladder 2 from outside of the respective fitting frames 4 and 5 and as well as under the state that the end part of the casing 6 tightly contacts with the funnel main body 1. In addition, blocking doors 9, which are free to open and close, are provided at both the upper and lower openings 7 and 8 of a space G partitioned with the heat retaining casing 6 in order to form the space G as an enclosed space. |
