发明名称 RECOVERING METHOD FOR HEAT FROM BLAST FURNACE SLAG
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the rate of heat recovery considerably by charging molten slag onto the amorphous slag charged as a bedding material on a moving bed and crystallizing the bedding material by heating the same to temp. higher than its temp. of crystallization then cooling the material and recovering heat. CONSTITUTION:Amorphous slag is charged as a bedding material of about 30mm. thickness onto a moving bed 1, and molten slag is charged through a spout 4 onto this bedding material and is prevented from cooling quickly by a heat insulating cover 7, whereby the slag is fed to an ore discharging part 5. During this time, the molten slag solidifies and the amorphous slag is heated above about 800 deg.C, by which said slag is crystallized. The discharged slag is crushed with a crusher 6 and is introduced into a cooling tower 8, where the crushed slag is cooled with cooling air 9. The cooling air 9 is heated to heating air 10, from which heat is recovered as steam in a heat exchanger 11. Thus the amorphous slag is made into crystalline slag by the heat of the molten slag and the latent heat of crystallization generated at that time is also recovered.</p>
