发明名称 MEASURING METHOD FOR UNBALANCE OF DISC-LIKE ROTARY BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To simultaneously measure the unbalance quantity of centrifugal force and the angle of revolution from the standard position with a simple work by using a cathod-ray tube oscilloscope. CONSTITUTION:A vibrometer 12 for detecting the vibration of a bearing part 11 is connected to the input side of an oscilloscope 8 through an amplifier 9, and a filter for fetching the component of rotational frequency of a rotary shaft 3 and also a rotation detector 14 for detecting the angle of revolution of the rotary shaft 3 from the detection of a standard position mark 13 fitted to the rotary shaft 3 is directly connected to the input side of the oscilloscope 8. After removing weights 5, 6 for compensation, a rotary body 1 is rotated and the amplitude a1 and the angle phi of revolution at the maximum vibration are read out from the waveform of the oscilloscope 8. Subsequently the weights 5, 6 having the same and known mass are fitted and fixed to/in a groove 4 at the symmetrical positions turned from the standard position respectively by the angle phi of revolution and the amplitude a2 at the time is read out from the oscilloscope 8. On the basis of these results of measurement, the unbalance quantity of centrifugal force and the angle of revolution from the standard position are found by operation.
