PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling the roaster and consequently reduce the number of man- hours for assembling and as well as prevent an outer frame and a top board from being heated by a structure wherein the front ends of a burner, of a radiating element and of an upper cover are clamped all together by being pressed down with the foot catches of the heat insulating plate when the heat insulating plate is fastened with screws to the outer frame installed above an oven door. CONSTITUTION:The heat insulating plate 9 is fitted to the outer frame 6 installed above the door 5 of the oven type roaster. The eave part of the heat insulating plate 9 is extended toward the high temperature portion of the roaster so as to prevent the top board 8 and the outer frame 6 from being stricken by radiation heat. A window b part, which is made by lancing said eave part, forms the passage D of cooling air. The heat insulating plate 9 is fastened with screws to the outer frame 6 at the horizontal part formed by bending the upper part of the plate 9 forwardly, while the front ends of the parts mentioned just below are fixed all together under pressure with the foot catches of the vertical front part of the heat insulating plate 9. Concretely, the front ends of the burner 1, of the radiating element 2 and of the upper cover 3 are clamped by being pressed down with said front ends properly arranged. Owing to the structure as described above, the structure is simplified and the reduction of the number of man-hours for assembling and as well as the top board 8 and the outer frame 6 are prevented from being heated by radiation heat. |
