This invention relates to a mushroom cultivation method, especially agaricus blazei murrill. After the fungiform compost, containing a very small amount of Cu2+, Mn2+, Zn2+, is inoculated with the fungus, a ridge is formed of pH-controlled soil in which breeding of the mycelium is possible, and an inter-ridge is formed of pH-controlled soil in which breeding of the mycelium is impossible. The mushrooms then growing only in the ridged part. This method increases the mushroom harvest. |
