<p>A magnetic recording medium which has a first magnetic layer using a binder crosslinked and polymerized by emitted radiation, and a second magnetic layer provided over the first layer, on a nonmagnetic support. In this medium, the low frequency characteristics are improved, the pot life of the magnetic paint for the first layer is extended, and the characteristics are improved. When the same binder having a high coercive force as that for the first layer is used for the second layer, the high frequency characteristics can also be improved.</p> |
