PURPOSE:To prevent overload of a belt conveyer and/or chute jam in a transport system, when operation changeover is performed mutually between feeders, by controlling a transport device of the belt conveyer and the like not to feed an excessive amount of material. CONSTITUTION:From a condition in which a material is fed onto a conveyer BC1 from feeders FD4, FD5, if a selector switch COS5 is opened, an AND circuit A5 is not established, and operation of the feeder FD5 is stopped, then an electromagnetic contactor Mg 5 becomes an open state, thus a counter C5 is started through an inverter N5. However, a flip flop FF5 is maintained in a setting condition while the counter C5 performs feeding also a value of an adder AD1 is 2, and an interlock signal S1 of a comparator CMP1 is left as a logic O. Accordingly, even if a feeder FD1 is newly selected by a selector switch, an AND circuit A1 is not established, and the feeder can not be immediately started, but started with counting up of the counter C5. |
