PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the voltage of a smoothing condenser even when an AC power source voltage is dropped by connecting a controlled power source and a DC voltage discriminator to across the condenser. CONSTITUTION:A controller power source 11 which obtains electric power and a voltage discriminator 10 which outputs a detection signal when the voltage across a smoothing condenser 5 drops lower than the set voltage are connected to the condenser 5. And, a controller 7 which is connected to an inverter 6 and the power source 11 to control an electric switch 6a in the inverter 6 and which is connected to the discriminator 10 to open the switch 6a of the inverter 6 when the output signal of the discriminator 10 is dispatched is provided. |
