PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of inspection carried out from the outside of a casing by providing a welding beveling having an angle opened from the outside of the casing to the inside. CONSTITUTION:In a welding portion 7 of a cylindrical body 1 of a high-pressure multilayer casing used for oil refining, the beveling portion has an inclined angle directing from the outer cylinder 6 to the inner cylinder 5. Therefore, even if a contact maker 09 for carrying out a supersonic crack detection is located at any position (a), (b), (c) outside of the cylindrical portion 1, the substantially whole welding portion 7 can be checked, with the effective range of a beam kept away from a multilayer portion 4. |
