PURPOSE:To bond a thin film sheet on the surface of an electrooptic element with high accuracy, by positioning the thin film sheet fixed to a thin film sheet stage with a pressing roll to the electrooptic element fixed to an electrooptic element stage and then bonding the thin film sheet by means of the pressing roll. CONSTITUTION:An electrooptic element 12 is attached to a positioning metallic parts 19 of an electrooptic element stage 14 and then fixed at a prescribed position. A thin film sheet 13 is attached to a positioning metal fitting 20 of a thin film sheet stage 16 containing a pressing roll 18 and then put on a fixed position to be fixed there with vacuum adsorption. Then a rotary motor 17 is driven to rotate the stage 16. Thus the tip of the sheet 13 is fitted to the prescribed position of the element 12 at a certain angle. Then a mobile motor 15 is driven to shift the stage 14 to the left side, and the sheet 13 is bonded on the surface of the element 12 with the pressure of the roller 18. In such a way, a thin film sheet can be bonded on the surface of an electrooptic element without air bubbles or creases. |
