PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of twisting and lateral deflection at the top of engine etc. by installing a plurality of vibration preventing units symmetrically on both left and right sides of engine and by generating an additional resisting force against the vibration of engine in the opposite direction. CONSTITUTION:A vibration preventing unit 1 comprises a rod 20, a pressure accumulator 23, and an oil storage chamber 19 provided with a cylider 2, a piston 3, a rod 4, a turnbuckle 7, a connecting rod 8, and a throttle valve 16. Sphere- shaped shafts 9 and 14 are formed at the ends of the connecting rod 8 and the rod 20, and are adapted to sphere bearing seats 10 and 15. A plurality of units 1 are mounted on between left/right sides of engine (a) and the side wall of an engine room. When the throttle valve 16 is relieved, the pressure oil stored in pressure accumulator 23 is introduced into an oil pressure chamber 22 through oil chambers 5 and 13. This oil pressure force allows both the cylinder 2 and the rod 20 to push against each other and exerts a pushing force on the upper part of engine, thereby preventing a generation of twisting and lateral deflection caused by the vibration of an engine (a). |
