Raw, washed, peeled potatoes are comminuted, soft cooked in oil, mixed with additions of pref. 0.3 wt.% meyprogat (RTM) binder and 2.5 wt.% Belfina (RTM) edible fat supplement and formed into croquettes and frozen.
