PURPOSE:To decrease the time of use of lines, by providing a means which makes void lottery tickets having the validity before the date of reception, a magnetic storage device storing lottery ticket discrimination data trasmitted via communication lines. CONSTITUTION:When lucky numbers are determined at a lottery drawing party, data (serial issue number, validity, licky numbers, class) transmitted via a communication line are received 20, and a microprocessor 21 revises a lucky number table in a magnetic disc 4 additionally. When the data are received 20, the microprocessor 21 collates the date with the validity in the lucky number table in the disc 4, and if the lucky numbers having the validity before the data are present, the processor 21 erases the data of the numbers. Thus, the erasing can be simplified, the time of use of communication line can remarkably be decreased and the delay in processing due to queuing of data transfer can be avoided. |
