<p>PURPOSE:To offer a no-spacing rolling bearing which can be used without chattering between inner and outer races by circumferentially arranging disclike rolling elements between the inner and outer races in such a manner as to be alternately inclined. CONSTITUTION:An inner race 20 is shaped as a cylindrical member having ribs at both upper and lower ends and squeezed to fit around a rotary shaft 77. Rolling surfaces 22 and 23 having annular and curved faces in the vicinity of the ribs are formed through the periphery of the inner race 20. On the other hand, the outer race 30 has a rib at one end and an auxiliary outer race 40 removably fit to the other end. A rolling surface 32 having annular and curved face in the vicinity of the rib is formed throgh the inner periphery of the outer race 30 and a similar rolling surface 42 is formed on the auxiliary race 40. A plurality of disc-like rolling elements 10 which roll in alternate contact with the rolling surfaces 23 and 32 and others 22 and 42 are arranged in an annular space which is formed by the inner and outer races 20 and 30 and the auxiliary outer race 40. A required rolling bearing is thus made up.</p> |
