PURPOSE:To smoothly move a drive magnet by disposing a Hall element at one conductor which contributes to the generated torques of drive coils and disposing a Hall element in which a power source is oppositely provided at the conductor. CONSTITUTION:Hall elements 3A, 3'A which detect the poles of drive magnets 1 and drive a transistor are disposed on conductors 2A, 2'A which contribute to one generated torque of drive coils 2, 2'. On the other hand, Hall elements 3B, 3'B in which a power source is oppositely provided to the Hall elements 3A, 3'A are disposed on the conductors 2B, 2'B which contribute to the other generated torque. Supporting members 7 which have rail grooves 6 are provided at both sides of the magnet 1, and stationary rails 9 having rail grooves 10 are secured to the stationary side opposed to the supporting member. Rollers 8 which are guided slidably to the grooves 6, 10 are rotatably supported to the member via a shaft 11. |
