PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of abnormal sound caused by impact while insulating effectively high frequency vibration, by interposing a viscous elastic foamed synthetic resin, to which filler having damping property is added, between adjacent leaf springs. CONSTITUTION:A laminated spring is constituted from a pluraity of spring steel or FRP spring materials 2 integrally having a central thick portion 3, ends 4 and tapered portions 5 converging in the thickness toward both ends between said portion 3 and ends 4 and laminated in the direction of the thickness. The respective spring materials 2 are fastened in the direction of the thickness by a center bolt 7 extending through the central portion 3 and a nut 8. Then, the whole exposed surfaces of the laminated spring body 1 except for the inner peripheral surfaces of eye ends 6 and both end surfaces are covered with a coating layer 10 which is formed of foamed synthetic resin comprising filler having damping property. Thus the occurrence of abnormal sound caused by impact and high frequency vibration can be restrained. |
