PURPOSE:To prevent the self-vibration of a valve caused by effects of a fluid, by forming an elastic member for activating the valve with an almost cylindrical body of a thin film. CONSTITUTION:If a valve 4 might cause vibration due to the effect of quickened fluid velocity or pressure change of a fluid when the fluid pass through a gap between a valve seat 3 and the valve 4, a cylindrical elastic body 11 expands or contracts depending on the up-and down movement of the valve 4. Further, the gas in the cylindrical elastic member 11 passes through a small hole 19 to go in and out with the expansion or contraction of the member 11. The viscous resistance the gas through the small hole 19 prevents the self-vibration of the valve 4. |
