PURPOSE:To ensure the reproduction for a uniform toner image, by using one set of magnet rolls among plural ones to a rotary developing means and another set to a sleeve rotary developing device respectively. CONSTITUTION:First the magnet rotary development is carried out to a recording medium 1 by a magnet roll M and at a developing point A. Then the sleeve rotary development is performed by a magnet roll S and at a developing point B. Making use of the development effects obtained by the rolls M and S, the toner 10 is attached effectively at the point A. Thus a toner image faithful to an electrostatic latent image is obtained. At the point B, the foundation fog which is peculiar to a magnet rotary development carried out at the point A is cleaned, and the variance of toner caused in accordance with the rotational cycle of a permanent magnet 3. Furthermore the lacking toner by which the development was impossible at the point A is supplemented to obtain a final toner image 13 at the point B. |
