PURPOSE:To obtain a flow meter correcting device which uses a microcomputer and facilitates device difference and temperature corrections by storing device difference correction data and temperature correction data in an ROM previously and imposing the device difference and temperature corrections upon flow rate pulses from a flow sensor. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of twin rotors of a flow meter is detected by a magnetic sensor 7, whose output is supplied to the interface 8 of a microcomputer 13 and the interruption terminal of a CPU (central processing unit). The flow meter is provided with a temperature sensor 5, whose output is supplied to the interface 8 after A/D conversion 14. The CPU counts pulses of a clock oscillator 19 at intervals of pulses of the magnetic sensor 7 to measure a flow rate, and then performs device difference correction by device difference correction data in an ROM10; and the CPU imposes temperature correction upon the value obtained by said device difference correction according to temperature correction data in the ROM10 in accordance with the value from the temperature sensor 5. Consequently, the device difference and temperature corrections of the flow rate are facilitated. |
