PURPOSE:To observe the shape of a flexible film weir invariably without breaking instruments, by observing the shape of a belt material for observation provided to the internal wall surface of the film weir through a camera, etc. CONSTITUTION:A rubber weir 1 made of a beltlike rubber sheet is fitted to the riverbed surface of riverbed concrete 5 and its normal surface 5b, and the rubber weir is raised when air is supplied into the rubber weir from a device which is not shown in the figure. The internal wall surface of the rubber weir is made of black rubber and on this wall surface, white rubber belts S which contain fluorescent paints are provided annularly in the circumference direction of the rubber weir and at specified intervals in the lengthwise direction of the rubber weir. An observation unit 15 is inserted into the deepest part of a guide hole 10 and the internal wall surface of the rubber weir is observed by the infrared camera in the unit through an opening 9. From the shape of the rubber belts S, the height of the rubber weir is found. |
